As a journalist with a love of baking, this blog which features new recipes I’ve made, cakes I’ve baked and my thoughts on everything cake-based, was the natural conclusion to endless baking experiments and cake testing.
I’m always on the look out for new recipes to try and ingredients to incorporate so please get in contact if you have something you’d like me to try out.
I’ve also recently started baking some cakes on request including; a red velvet cake for the Death & The Maiden blog, a three-tiered wedding cake, mini cake favours, and several birthday cakes (along with baking my own wedding cake last year).
